TD Type Belt Bucket Elevator
Machine Introduction
TD Type Universal Belt Bucket Elevator
The TD Type Universal Belt Bucket Elevator features large conveying capacity, high lifting height, stable and reliable operation, and long service life. Its main performance and parameters comply with JB3926-85 *Standard for Vertical Bucket Elevators*.
The TD Type Belt Bucket Elevator adopts centrifugal discharge and excavating loading.
The TD Type Belt Bucket Elevator is suitable for conveying powdery, granular, and small lumpy materials with low abrasiveness, which have a bulk density of less than 1.8 t/m³ and are easy to scoop. Examples of such materials include coal, cement, sand and gravel, chemical fertilizers, and grains. The temperature of the conveyed materials shall not exceed 70℃.
The main structural parameters of the TD Type Belt Bucket Elevator comply with JB3926-85 *Vertical Bucket Elevator* (this standard is equivalent to and refers to international standards and advanced foreign standards). The traction component adopts a high-strength nylon-core rubber conveyor belt; it uses the "scooping method" for loading and "centrifugal type" for unloading.
This machine is suitable for conveying powdery, granular, and small lumpy non-abrasive and semi-abrasive materials with a bulk density not exceeding 1.5 t/m³, such as coal, cement, chemical fertilizers, sand, and grains. The temperature of the materials shall not exceed 60℃.
The TD Type Belt Bucket Elevator is equipped with four types of hoppers: shallow hoppers (Type Q), arc-bottom hoppers (Type H), medium-deep hoppers (Type Zd), and deep hoppers (Type Sd). Users can select the appropriate type according to the characteristics of the materials.
The conveying capacity of the TD Type Belt Bucket Elevator ranges from 9 to 238 m³/h, and the lifting height ranges from 5 to 40 m.
