Introduction to Scraper Conveyor

Machine Introduction
The working principle is to use a scraper chain for traction to transport bulk materials in a trough. An open chute is used as a bearing part for coal, gangue, or other materials, and scrapers are fixed on the chain (forming a scraper chain) to serve as the traction component. When the drive unit at the machine head is started, it drives the sprocket on the machine head shaft to rotate, making the scraper chain run cyclically and driving the materials to move along the chute until they are unloaded at the machine head. The scraper chain runs around the sprocket in a stepless closed cycle to complete the material conveying process.
