PL Series Bucket Elevators
The PL Series Bucket Elevator is one of the most widely used vertical lifting equipments. It is used to lift various bulk materials, such as ores, coal, cement, cement clinker, etc.

The PL Type Bucket Elevator is a vertical bucket elevator, suitable for upward conveying of powdery and small lumpy non-abrasive or semi-abrasive bulk materials, such as coal, cement, ores, etc. It is characterized by fast centrifugal unloading, thus allowing the conveying of materials with relatively high temperature and abrasive properties.

Due to the adoption of rubber conveyor belts, the TD Type Bucket Elevator is not suitable for conveying large lumpy materials with high abrasiveness and high resistance, and the temperature of the conveyed materials shall not exceed 80℃.

The PL Type Bucket Elevator adopts slow gravity unloading and uses a chain plate as the conveying mechanism, which is suitable for conveying materials with relatively high specific gravity and high temperature (200℃－250℃).

There are three models and specifications of the PL Type: PL250, PL350 and PL450.

The conveying capacity of the PL Type ranges from 22 to 100 m³/h, and the conveying height is approximately 4 to 30 meters.
