Our company has independently developed a set of automatic high-frequency vacuum forming packaging welding operation equipment. The process flow of this equipment is as follows:
The bottom cover vacuum forming robotic arm of the first workstation is placed into the turntable mold
The second workstation is manually (or mechanically) used to place the packaged items
The third workstation is automatically loaded with paper cards into the mold by a robotic arm,
On the fourth workstation, the vacuum forming robot for blister packaging is placed into the turntable mold
The fifth workstation performs automatic welding and cutting processing at high frequency
The sixth workstation is equipped with a robotic arm to automatically remove the products and waste materials that have been welded on the turntable and place them in a turnover box (if the finished products and waste materials are not in the same turnover box after being removed, an assembly line can be installed to allow the products to be removed and placed into the product box, while the waste materials are directly placed into the waste box by the robotic arm), thus completing a complete process. The operator continuously inserts the product raw materials according to the turntable rhythm, and the high-frequency operation rhythm efficiently automates the welding operation. Users can freely set the homework time, usually 6-12 seconds per homework cycle.
