In our company's production workshop, clients from Turkmenistan and Russia completed the final acceptance of the fully automatic blister folding machine. As the equipment start-up instruction was issued, the PVC blister shells entered the processing area via the fully automatic feeding system. The heating knife, under the precise control of PLC, heated up synchronously and completed the folding and forming within 3 seconds. "The efficiency of this equipment is 1.5 times higher than that of our existing production line, and its energy consumption is only 70% of the old equipment," the Russian client commented highly after on-site calculation. The Turkmen client focused on testing the customized functions: by customizing and adjusting the folding specifications, the folding size can be customized to ≥450mm. The equipment successfully adapted to various large-size blister shells, fully meeting the diversified needs of their packaging production line. The clients signed the acceptance qualification document on the spot and expressed their intention of subsequent bulk purchase.
