The principle of its hole-punching function is straightforward: the hole-punching process is completed through the collaboration of four key components. First, the material is moved to the scanning area of the automatic punching machine's camera. After the camera scans the image, it processes the data and sends a signal to the control unit. Upon receiving the signal, the control unit performs further processing and controls the action of the transmission component, enabling the punch to move along the X-axis and Y-axis on the plane. Once the positioning movement is completed, the pneumatic component starts operating, and the solenoid valve controls the cylinder to execute the hole-punching action. The automatic punching machine then punches the positioning holes, and the entire operation is carried out in one smooth sequence—fast, accurate, and highly efficient.
